How Shopee fees work
- What fees does Shopee charge Philippine sellers?
- Five, on every order: a category commission fee (8.5%–11.08%, higher for Shopee Mall categories), a flat 2.24% transaction fee, a Shopee-Supported Logistics shipping fee (5.6% marketplace / 4.48% mall, capped at ₱100), a ₱5 order processing fee (your first 50 orders each month are exempt), and a 1% seller growth support fee.
- What's the Shopee commission fee?
- A percentage of your selling price that varies by product category and seller type — Marketplace sellers pay 8.5%–10.5%, Shopee Mall sellers pay category rates up to 11.08%. Pick your category in the calculator above to see your exact rate.
- What's the Shopee order processing fee?
- A flat ₱5 charged per completed order. Shopee exempts your first 50 orders each month from this fee, so it mainly affects sellers moving higher volume.
- What's the Shopee growth support fee?
- A 1% fee on the selling price that funds Shopee's seller-growth programs. It stacks with commission and transaction fees, so it directly lowers your margin per order.
- How is my break-even price calculated?
- Break-even price is the selling price where your product cost plus every Shopee fee (commission, transaction, shipping, order processing, growth support) exactly equals your revenue — sell below it and you lose money on the order. This calculator solves for that price given your cost and category, accounting for the shipping-fee cap.
